At Breezy Heart Travel LLC, we offer professional travel planning services that require a non-refundable Planning Fee of $150, which is considered a service fee for planning your trip. This fee covers up to four travelers and the time we spend consulting, researching, pricing, and providing support before, during, and after your trip. For parties larger than four people, an additional $30 per person fee will be added to the total. Our agency researches cruises, hotels, and tours to meet your specific needs, coordinates transportation, and drafts itineraries. By paying the Planning Fee, you acknowledge acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, including these limitations.

The Planning Fee includes the following services:
- Unlimited edits to your itinerary up until the deposit is made
- Access to us via email and scheduled calls during normal business hours
- We will reply to your emails within 24-48 business hours
- Restaurant recommendations tailored to your preferences and the destination
- Concierge services such as restaurant reservations and spa appointments (three included, $25 fee per additional reservation)
