Founded in 2023, Breezy Heart Travel is a travel agency with heart. Our Cruise for a Cause initiative turns vacations into powerful fundraisers. Whether your supporters travel solo, as couples, or in large groups, we offer two simple, no‑cost ways to raise money for your mission.
Individual Program
For cruises 3 days or longer
No minimum – 1 booking qualifies
- Perfect for solo travelers & couples
- Easy to explain: “Each cabin = $50”
- Direct payout 7–14 days after sailing
- Free for nonprofits – no enrollment fee
Example: 10 individual bookings (10 cabins) = $500 for your nonprofit.Group Program

- Cruise length = larger donation
- Breezy Heart Travel provides free flyers & social posts
- Direct payout 7–14 days after sailing

- Register Your Nonprofit
Sign up for free using the link below. Eligible nonprofits must be U.S.-based 501(c)(3) organizations in good standing (operating 1+ year). Other types may qualify – contact us. - Activate Fundraising
Individual Program: Supporters book any 3+ day cruise through Breezy Heart Travel and mention your nonprofit’s name. No minimum rooms.
Group Program: Supporters book a group cruise with 8+ staterooms and notify their agent that it’s a fundraiser for you. - Earn Donations Effortlessly
Individual: $50 per stateroom, paid after sailing.
Group: $8 per stateroom per day, based on total rooms and cruise length. - Maximize Impact
Combine with cruise lines’ own fundraising initiatives (e.g., Carnival, Royal Caribbean) or host onboard auctions/raffles. - Special Perks for Larger Groups
Groups of 15+ rooms may unlock onboard credits, free excursions, or a private onboard mixer.

Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit in good standing, operating for at least one year, focusing on community resources and services. Religious and political organizations do not qualify.
Donation Structure:
– Individual Program: $50 flat per stateroom (minimum cruise length 3 days).
– Group Program: $8 per stateroom per day (minimum 8 staterooms).
Payment Terms: Donations are paid out within 7 to 14 business days after the cruise concludes.
Promotion Encouragement: We provide promotional materials and guidance. The more you share, the better the fundraising potential!
Termination Policy: Nonprofits may terminate at any time with written notice. If Breezy Heart Travel ends the partnership, any remaining funds will be delivered approximately 14 days after the final fundraiser cruise.
Non-Exclusivity: You are free to work with other travel agencies and fundraising programs.
