Founded in 2023, Breezy Heart Travel is a travel agency with heart, dedicated to creating meaningful group experiences and family cruises that make a difference.

We aim to support nonprofits by transforming vacations into powerful fundraising opportunities. Nonprofits earn $8 per stateroom per day on every booking, funding their missions while supporters enjoy world-class travel. Whether it’s a family getaway, group adventure, or large-scale event at sea, our cruises create unforgettable moments and raise awareness for causes like mental health, social justice, and community well-being.

How the Program Works

Register Your Nonprofit:
Sign up for free using the link below. Eligible nonprofits must be U.S.-based 501(c)(3) organizations in good standing. Other nonprofit types may qualify—contact us to inquire.
Activate Fundraising:
Supporters book a group cruise through Breezy Heart Travel and notify their agent that it’s a fundraiser for your registered nonprofit. A minimum of 8 staterooms is required to qualify.
Earn Donations Effortlessly:
Nonprofits earn $8 per stateroom per day—up to $56 per stateroom on a 7-day cruise. Donations are calculated based on the number of staterooms booked and cruise length, delivered directly to your nonprofit after the cruise concludes.
Maximize Impact:
Combine our program with cruise lines’ fundraising initiatives, such as onboard auctions and raffles, to boost your fundraising potential.
Special Perks for Larger Groups:
Unlock additional donations and benefits like onboard credits, free excursions, raffle items, and more for larger bookings.

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: Must be a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit in good standing, operating for at least one year, focusing on community resources and services. Religious and political organizations do not qualify.
Donation Structure: Nonprofits earn $8 per stateroom per day based on the total number of staterooms and cruise duration.
Payment Terms: Donations are paid out within 7 to 14 business days after the cruise concludes.
Promotion Encouragement: We recommend nonprofits promote their involvement through newsletters, social media, and events. The more you share, the better the fundraising potential! You’re welcome to share this opportunity with your audience in any manner you see fit, and we provide customizable promotional materials and guidance.
Termination Policy: Nonprofits can terminate participation at any time with written notice. If Breezy Heart Travel ends the partnership, any remaining funds will be delivered to the nonprofit approximately 14 days after the fundraiser cruise concludes. Breezy Heart Travel reserves the right to terminate due to misuse of funds, scandal, or dissolution of the nonprofit.
Non-Exclusivity: Participation is non-exclusive; nonprofits are free to work with other travel agencies and fundraising programs.
